Q. How do I purchase a product online?
A. Find the product you wish to purchase.
- Add the quantity to the cart - Click, the Add to Cart button.
- Here you are taken to the Shopping Cart page. Once you have finished adding products to your cart, you can change the quantifies of the products you have ordered. Once you are happy with the contents of your cart, select Check Out.
- Then select the invoice country i.e.. UK , France, USA etc.., if you require a different delivery address tick the box.
- Click Next and fill in your personal details. Then select the type of shipping you wish. All our deliveries go on a next day service as standard and are free for all orders over £200, alternatively you can upgrade to , a before 12pm or a Saturday Delivery ( Shipping upgrades can only be added on telephone orders).
- Click Next. You now have the option to which payment method you wish to use - either HSBC or Paypal and both can be used by anyone. Select your choice and click next. Press next again and you will be taken to the selected payment providers page. Enter your details, and your order is complete.
- After completing the payment you will receive an email confirming your order.

Q. Does the price of goods include VAT
A. Yes all prices include VAT at the rate of 20%.
Q. Is it the same prices for a telephone as it is for an internet order?

Q. Do you guarantee satisfaction and value for money?
A. We offer a unique range of top quality products at competitive prices. If in the event that you do find the products cheaper elsewhere please telephone our sales team and we will try and beat the price.
Q. How can I order and pay for the products?
A. Products can be bought online, or if you prefer, by phone on +44 (0)1492 541300 . For those of you who prefer to order by mail please send a cheque or Postal Order to us (The Knight Shop) in pounds sterling. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
Q. Can I order and pay for my products over the telephone?
A. Absolutely, If you wish to purchase your goods over the telephone - please telephone: +44 (0)1492 541300 between the hours found below and our team can give you advice as well as process your order via an HSBC terminal.
Q. Why does Paypal say that my credit card or email address is attached to a Paypal account and ask for your Paypal password?
A. Paypal has recognised your credit card or email address being already attached to a Paypal account, therefore to add security to your account it asks additional questions. If you have forgotten your password you can ask Paypal to send it to yourself. Alternatively use a card and or an email address which is not connected to a Paypal account.
Q. Does The Knight Shop deliver outside the UK and how much does it cost?
A. We deliver to destinations worldwide. Shipping is calculated by the volumetric weight (how much room the item takes up in the plane) and will appear in the shopping basket when you have selected your destination country at the checkout.
Q. How much does delivery cost if my order is under £200?
A. Your order will be by sent by Parcel Force on a Next Day Delivery Service as standard. We try to keep delivery costs to a minimum, however for orders less than £200 it costs an additional £8.00 for UK Mainland Deliveries.
Q. Can I Arrange A Before 12pm Delivery or a Saturday Delivery.
A. We are pleased to say we can now offer this service to you, for a slight surcharge. This service is only available on Telephone Orders.
Q. Is it safe to order products on the Internet?
A. Shopping is totally safe. Once you have finished shopping go to the check out fill in you details and delivery address. You then have a choice of method of payment - HSBC secure ePayments for credit cards or Paypal. When you actually come to entering your credit card details you are taken onto a secure server operated by the respective Payment Service Provider (PSP) - (HSBC or Paypal). Both automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). This in turn, for your added comfort and security, we as a company do not hold any credit card details on our servers. Q. If I order a product how can I be sure I will get it?

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We try to despatch all Products within 24 hours and the vast majority is usually in stock.
Q. How can I track my delivery?
A.. On the evening of dispatch you will be sent an email informing you of the dispatch of your products from our main courier Parcel Force. With this email you will receive tracking details for your parcels.
Q. If I have a problem with an order or want to know a delivery time who do I contact?

Q. If I purchase an item of clothing and it does not fit, can I return/replace it ?
A. You are welcome to return all products to us in their original condition for a full refund. We can arrange to have the item collected from you but we do charge for this service. We do not cover the postage costs for sending a replacement item to you. It can sometimes work out cheaper to visit our large showroom in North Wales and try the items on. Q. How old do I have to be to purchase your products ?
A. Most items on our site can be bought by people of any age. Any item that is deemed to be a weapon requires you to be a minimum age of 18 years old to purchase it.
Q. Is your range of swords and armour suitable for re-enactment ?
A. Certain items in our range are designed with this express purpose. They will be clearly marked as being so. As a rule if the item does not say it is suitable for re-enactment, then it isn't.
Q. Do I need a licence to purchase/own a sword ?
A. At this moment in time you do not require a licence to purchase any of the items sold on our site. Swords are legal to own and purchase however it is illegal to carry them in a public place without having good reason (such as if they are boxed or in a sword bag).
